This brightly colored summery vodka sour is made with muddled fresh raspberries, tart fresh lemon juice, a touch of sweet and sour raspberry thyme shrub, sweet limoncello and vodka.
Add the sugar, vinegar, thyme and raspberries to a big mason jar or container. Let it sit in the fridge for a few days to a week to let all the flavors come together. OR... Add the ingredients to a pot and bring it to a simmer for about 5 mins. Let it cool and its ready to use.
MAKE THE COCKTAIL
Add the limoncello, vodka and fresh raspberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle the raspberries a little bit to break them up.
Add the rest of the ingredients, close up the cocktail shaker and shake really well. Pour into two glasses and serve with a couple fresh raspberries on top.
