Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats with Almond Dream Boosted
Easy overnight oats with apples and apple sauce, cinnamon, chia seeds, maple syrup, and the protein and vitamins added by Dream Boosted Almond milk.

- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Dream Boosted Almond
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- pinch salt
Add all the ingredients to a mason jar with a lid. Shake well and put into the fridge for 6 hours to overnight.
When you are ready to eat them, take them out of the fridge, give them a good stir.
Eat them warm or cold.
