Soak your cashews in a bowl full of water. Soak them overnight if you can or at least 4 of 5 hours. Drain the cashews and add them to a food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend it up on high speed until it gets very smooth and creamy.
Adjust the seasoning. A little more salt or lime to taste.
Feel free to add a little more coconut milk or water if you would like your sauce thinned out a little more.
