Tea infused gin with vanilla is a natural accompaniment to gin with its already floral notes. This infused gin is great for hard ice teas, martinis, gin sours and many others cocktails.

Ingredients
750 mlsgin(1 bottle)
1vanilla bean
4tbsprooibos tea
Instructions
Add the tea to the gin. Cut the vanilla bean in half and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Add the seeds and the scraped pod to the gin.
Let it sit for at one week and then strain the gin. You can leave the vanilla bean in the strained gin, but discard the tea.
Use it in tea flavored cocktails.
Notes
If you are using a different kind of tea, start off with 2 tbsp and work your way up. Earl Grey, for example, is stronger than Rooibos so best start slow.
