  • 2 tsp hot sauceBLOODY MARY COCKTAIL
  • 2 oz bacon infused vodka
  • 6 oz bloody mary mix
  • Lime wedge for garnishGRILLED CHEESE TOPPER
  • 2 square waffles
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 slice Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon
  • 1 patty Jones Dairy Farm Maple Pork Sausage
  • 2 long skewers

Instructions

  • BLOODY MARY MIX
  • Add all the ingredients to a large mason jar or pitcher. Shake or stir well. Place in the fridge to chill and let all the flavors come together.

    BLOODY MARY COCKTAIL
  • Fill a glass with ice. Add the bacon vodka and the bloody mary mix. Stir well. Garnish with a lime.

    GRILLED CHEESE TOPPER
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut each of the waffles in half on a diagonal so you have 3 triangles. Discard the extra or use it for another sandwich.
  • Fry up your egg in a frying pan. Over easy on both sides.
  • Place the triangle waffles on a parchment lined baking tray. Top each of them with a little cheese. Place the Jones Canadian Back Bacon on one triangle and the Jones Maple Pork Sausage patty on another.
  • Sprinkle another little bit of cheese on top of the Canadian Bacon and place the fried egg on top. Top with more cheese. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top of the Jones Sausage Patty as well and throw the tray in the oven.
  • Watch your waffles carefully and when the cheese is all melted and gooey, pull the tray out and put the grilled cheese sandwich together right away so the cheese is still melty and holds it together. The Canadian Bacon and fried egg goes on the bottom, the waffle with the Sausage Patty goes in the middle and the last one goes on top.
  • To use your grilled cheese as your Bloody Mary topper, skewer the triangle in two places with the long skewers, not too far apart, and push them through so that the top of the skewer is flush with the top of the waffle or just sticking out the top and the long part is underneath. Then place the long part of both the skewers in the Bloody Mary cocktail. This only really works with a taller glass.
  • Have fun!
