Cashew Sauce with Sriracha and Cilantro

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews , soaked in water
  • 2 tsp siracha sauce
  • 2 tsp salt , or to taste
  • 1 1/2 c coconut cream/milk
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 bunch cilantro

Instructions

  • Soak your cashews in a bowl full of water. Soak them overnight if you can or at least 4 of 5 hours. Drain the cashews and add them to a food processor.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend it up on high speed until it gets very smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust the seasoning. A little more salt or lime to taste.
  • Feel free to add a little more coconut milk or water if you would like your sauce thinned out a little more.
