Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground port till its browned and then add the onion, garlic, ginger, carrots and cabbage. Cook until the cabbage is soft. Add the sesame oil and season with salt to taste.
FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE
In a medium bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, green onion and chili flakes. Let the sauce sit for around 15 mins before you serve it.
TO ASSEMBLE THE LETTUCE WRAPS
Take a leaf of the lettuce, fill it with the pork mixture, and spoon some sauce on top.
