Champagne Grapefruit Pineapple Mojito

  • 4 or 5 Mint leaves
  • 2 oz Pineapple Vodka (or regular Vodka)
  • 2 oz fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tbsp Agave Nectar (or Simple Syrup)
  • 1/2 Lime , juiced
  • 4 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine


  1. Place the mint, vodka, grapefruit juice, agave nectar, and lime into a glass (a tall glass works best for this drink)
  2. Using a muddler, muddle the mint with the other ingredients making sure to mash the mint leaves up pretty good to release their flavor.
  3. Fill your glass up with ice and then top off the drink with bubbly!
  4. Give it a stir and serve.

Recipe Notes

We often make a jug of Mojitos. If you do this, use all the ingredients except for the Champagne. And don't put ice in the jug. When you make a drink, fill a glass with ice and pour some mix, leaving room at the top and then finish it with the Champagne.
