These fresh, easy to make, spring cocktails will make spring entertaining just a little more delicious and beautiful.

Spring is in the air and with the season comes evenings on the patio or the back deck, coffee and breakfast outdoors in the morning sun and fun and fruity cocktails!

These spring cocktails are the perfect drink for sharing over brunch or dinner or anytime you just need a little lift.

This blood orange mojito recipe is a refreshing twist on the classic mojito cocktail.  It’s everything you love about a mojito with an extra hint of fresh citrus flavor.

We’ve included a recipe for a single mojito cocktail as well as a mojito pitcher.

Homemade Whiskey Lemonade with Honey

Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, revitalizing mint muddled with vodka and shaken with egg whites that create a wonderful silky froth.  It’s sweet, citrusy and refreshing.

If you haven’t tried egg whites in your cocktail or your nervous to try it, I challenge you to give it a shot. You will love the silkiness they give!
